I had bought a house with another agent. The house had problem after problem but I was stuck with it. I spoke with Quynh after the sale was a done deal and from just seeing the pictures of the house she identified a number of problems that my former agent didn't point out even after several visits to the house. Once Quynh visited the house in person she identified even more serious issues. I was very stressed and didn't want to deal with the house anymore. I was hoping to sell but knew in this down market I likely would have to wait a year to avoid a catastrophic loss. Anyways, we decided to give it a try and listed it with Quynh to sell. There was a potential buyer, although I was preparing myself for a very low sale price. However, Quynh was able to secure a solid price.
